Barnaby has 37 years of experience spanning trade and technical publishing, standards development, web development, software as a service, IT consultancy, business analysis and manufacturing. He has set up several businesses, worked in the private and public sectors and also for a learning disabilities charity.
Along with Stephen Sherratt he formed Soupdragon in 2006 to create an online work and project management platform, the principles of which were adopted as the core of a diabetes project run by an Academic Health Science Network and Innovate UK.
A degree in social anthropology has underpinned his understanding of how people adopt and interact with technology and has led to an approach that combines social network analysis (SNA) and business process mapping (BPM).
